In-page alert
In-page alerts are used to contextually inform users of important information or status of an interaction.
What it is
An in-page alert draws attention to important information within a page — as information, a warning, an error, or a success message.
How to add it
Add an In-page alert block, choose the type, and type the message. You can add a heading or keep it to a single line.
Configure it
Choose a type — information, warning, error, or success — each with its own colour and icon.
Tips
Use an in-page alert for information tied to the current page; keep it brief and specific.
Related pages
For a message across the whole site use a Global alert; for a passive aside use a Callout.
